They always treat me with respect and dignity. They also have an amazing L&D team and the NICU is UCSF who saved my first borns life.

guess the nurses don't like it when you call them out for standing around talking? the rn at the front desk told me that if she took my IV out, they would put a new one in before my ultrasound. you don't need an IV to do an ultrasound, so shockingly they didn't put another. thank you for being too lazy to help me! wouldn't recommend kadlec to anyone. stay far away.

Business response:

I was in the hospital the end of January for a heart procedure and they treated me very well, the nurses and staff were very considerate and respectful. And helped me whenever I needed it, answered questions and did a great job. All my doctors are with St. Judes medical center and I also enjoyed visiting them too, good group of people

I had a horrible experience. The nurses, doctors, and staff were EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. For the full story please go on my profile as I have shared my entire experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THE COVENANT EMERGENCY ROOM.

I have been waiting in the Emergency Room since 7 o clock. It’s now midnight. I came in bc I had a seizure and hit my head several times. They have taken multiple people back that arrived after I did. And to top it off there is a patient who is undressing and causing a scene every hour making everyone uncomfortable however, no one is doing anything about it especially the nurses and police officers. I’m guessing he’s a regular bc they all know his name.

"Do black lives matter? No" This is a quote from your staff member whom you have failed to dismiss. The fact that you have an employee who has blatantly said black lives do not matter and you don't care says a lot about you as a facility. I think perhaps state boards should be consulted about licensing because when a medical professional says black lives don't matter, that's a problem. You have black patients. in her own words, their life doesn't matter. Don't put someone's life in danger because you refuse to get rid of her... read more

Business response:

Hello, Mary. We take great pride in providing all of our patients with high level, compassion and comforting care! We would like to learn more about this. Do you mind sending us a P/M with more details?
