My father passed away in April after a battle with lung cancer, and I can't thank the staff enough for their wonderful care of him, during that time. Everyone always made him feel like fighting and he fought until the very end.

We've taken my sister to this hospital's ER several times and 2 out of 3 times their doctors have missed very severe conditions (a lung absess, 4 possibly cancerous tumors in her breast, the swine flu, amongst other things). We ended up taking her to the UW Hospital in Seattle then next day and they found all these things! The main part of Providence hospital is great when you're admitted but beware of the ER as they apparently don't know how to properly examine patients. Especially their radiology dept.
