TOO BAD I CAN'T GIVE NEGATIVE STARS So called Dr (Cantini)at Providence physical rehab LIED about my husband's MRI results so he could get a paying customer in. Came into his room said" nothing more can be done, just go home" first time my husband gave up in over 2 yrs fighting cancer. His oncologist later told me that was not what he told them at all, my husband should have received his chemo and had the visit that was canceled, but no by me., The rehab staff and nurses are good, but Even Cantini and Darlene on Pacific don'... read more

My mom was just in the emergency room last week. The staff were amazing, the Dr. Explained everything so she could understand. The nurses were very attentive and caring....Love providence wouldn't dream of going any where else...thank you

I'd rate this ER a zero if I could. Every time we've been here, it's for hours on end no matter what time or day it is. Currently we've been here since 7:30 am and have only seen the our ER doctor 3 times. It took 20 minutes to get a response when we pressed the nurse call button. I really don't know what else to say about the slower then crap emergency room.

Only because I can't give 0, this place is a joke, they treated my mom wrong and ultimately the reason she died was because she was treated like a number not a person. So this weekend was time to redeem themselves, my dad was there till Saturday, and he was released saying everything was fine and he's good to go, he is now at Swedish getting care for pneumonia, so guess what you messed up again, if you can't be bothered to treat the person don't act like you can I'm thankful he's at a place that Gives a shit about people and... read more

I had my daughter in the ER yesterday for stomach pain...Dr. David gave her morphine, took blood, and ordered xrays and an IV fluid. within minutes of the morphine she was having chest pains...she is allergic to MORPHINE! IT IS IN HER CHART IN BIG RED PRINT! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! They tried to kill my daughter!

My ex husband is currently a patient in the CCU and the nurses here have all been wonderful! I have two teenage children and a mother in law that won't leave his bedside. The nurses have shown us all such caring and compassion. We were extremely blessed to have nurse Lynda 3 out of the last 5 nights that we have been here. She went above and beyond the call of Duty not only showing great concern for her patient but his mother, kids and all visitors as well. Triage in the ER today is not good. Been here for over 3 and 1/2 hours and my wife has yet to have a pulse taken. She gets A Typical migraines (stroke like) and is currently feeling tingling and a feeling of swelling in the face again. Yes i spoke to the check in to update my wifes condition. The good news is if you can walk in on your own with a cell phone and can text and talk on it you will be seen quickly by a nurse.
