Get directionsPlease, please think twice before allowing your loved one to be admitted to this hospital. More often then not, I have encountered staff that are on ego trips, asked questions that were never addressed, made calls that were never returned, and had to be the one to tell THEM what to look for when my elderly mother was brought in. I know that other hospitals are less convenient to residents in the Snohomish County area, but travel distance means very little when it means receiving better, more competent and more compassionate ... read more
I was admitted to the ED and then to the hospital for a very serious and actual emergency health condition. My care was EXCELLENT!! Everyone was kind, caring and responsive. I would never want to go anywhere else. Thanks to the great staff at Providence!
This is a horrible ER. I arrived by ambulance and they didn't have enough room there were lined up in the hall that came from an ambulance. The nurses were givin so many paitents that call lights were going off all the time and nobody answered them. Nobody ever came and checked on me asking me how I was doing or whatnot because they had so many patients. If I had a choice I would not have gone to this hospital Everytime I have been to this hospital it has been a bad experience. I would recommend swedish in Mill Creek if you ... read more
Thank you for helping save my life , wonder care .
After they gave me surgery they told me they wanted to search everything that I had and all those visitors that came to see me when I refused they kicked me out at midnight in 26 degree weather with no Aftercare no pain killers nothing just booted me out the door I think that they're unprofessional and sloppy in the care of patients. I'm going to do everything in my power to see that they don't do it to anyone else
Waited 5 hours for my 9 y.o to be seen, probably would have been longer but we left. By the time we would have gotten registered, seen by a nurse and doctor we could have had a better night sleep at home and gone to urgent care in the morning. Awful. Will avoid at all costs. (We didn't originally go to urgent care because they were all closed, otherwise we would have.)
I go to the hospital because I have a serious problem you sit in the ER waiting room for 3 hours for the reason they tell you they don't have any rooms which is funny because when you go back over half of the rooms at the house or empty so it is that they are understaffed and just don't care then when you get back there in the ER room it's another 30 minutes to 2 hours before you make it to see somebody once it started taking care of me it was great but I was not very happy after being there 5 hours I think that that needs t... read more
