My husband and I checked in for his pre-op apt yesterday. He had a full workup done first by an RN, blood drawn, EKG etc. Then a physical & Q&A from the PA who's assisting the surgeon the following week. Our experience was purely professional & very fast. From checking in to walking out the door was no longer than 90 minutes.�
My father was admitted Into the icu on January 19th. I took a nap in the family a quiet room. I was bit by bed bugs. When I brought it to the nurses attention after finding what was chewing me up she accused me of brining them in. I took video of the bugs on the walls and at all stages from eggs to adults. The nurse had me escorted out by security. The bugs that came from the hospital were now in my blanket and clothes. I had to miss work for over 6 weeks while the bites were healing. We were told to be there at 7:20am. They got him ready for surgery right away. Then we sat and waited.... and waited.... listened to the nurses discussing when their breaks were and who was coming in late..... He finally got taken back around 11:00. He had a very sweet and kind nurse in recovery. My husband was having some "issues" after surgery, so he had to stay there for several hours. Very impressed by how well run this emergency room is run. Staff are happy which shows me how well trained and talented they are. We felt very well treated and I'm sorry this hospital is not in our home town.

I came in having a very hard time breathing it took them 3 hours before I could be seen. I blacked out and hit my head and they stil made me wait
