Sprained my ankle Thanksgiving of 2014. Staff in the ED was courteous and efficient. Even with XRays, I was out in 2 hours with an ankle splint and an ice bag. Doc was great. As a trauma and ED RN myself, I like seeing competent people, especially in places that are quite a way from bigger med centers. Kudos to all.
Male nurse in the er is a vagina. Service is decent
My Mom has been at Redwood for the past 6 weeks, and I am so greatful for the nursing staff. They have been awesome to Mom and me. The care she received was excellent. She is moving to the rehab facility today and we are going to miss all of you!!
Been waiting here for 4 and half hrs with a broken elbow!!! No doctor has come yet. Seriously is this what people boost about... Medical services in the country. Staff seems disinterested to help "we can't get the doctor to you any faster" comment from the nurse. 3 people have already left waiting for their turn to come. Absolutely terrible!!!!
Thank you to the people in the emergency room yesterday I was in so much pain and y guys got me in there so quickly and really helped me and watched to make sure I was food before I left I really appreciate it
