They treat you horrible... it's like U r just there bothering the doctor & waisting their time...terrible bedside manner & horrible care of people.
This place is horrible. The nurses dont take their job seriously, I just got told that the reason ive been waiting 40 minutes for a shot was because of how "swamped" they were. I counted over 7, motherfucking 7 ladies and both fucking doctors chatting it up behind their fucking desk, and moments later after taking my seat, heard giggles. This place is a joke.
We've been waiting here 2 hours, then a woman comes in for treatment who works here and she gets called back after 20 minutes. We're still sitting here. Unbelievable.
I hate having to sit in the waiting room for hours watching nurses and doctors treat people like dirt. You're supposed to be here to help. Act like it.
Redwood Hospital has been a very important part of my life. In 2007 they saved my husband's life. They helped me survive two hip replacements and a knee replacement. It has always been a great comfort to know that Redwood is there with its caring staff of doctors and nurses. I have been in several hospitals, but Recdwood is special. Even the food is good!
