She should have her medical license revoked. To start off, I showed up for my 2:10pm appointment at 1:33pm to fill out paperwork even though I already filled it out online. The paperwork took me until 2:12pm to complete and had to wait in the waiting room until 2:33pm to have the assistant weigh me and put me in a room. Where I ended up waiting until 2:40-2:45pm for what claims to be a doctor to walk in. When Theresa walked in I asked her how she was and she responded in an irritated voice that she's okay. Then she said give... read more

I am very upset to write, I took my senior father to his hearing appt with Dr. Lori Walker. My father is veteran so if he is not early, he is late. We arrived and checked in at 3:15 p.m. with Britt I believe was her name for his hearing appointment at 4 p.m. He is aware he is early and will just hang out on his phone until he is called. Both him and I took off of work this day so I could take him. At 4:07 p.m. he went up to the counter to ask when he would be called being he was here way ahead of time. He was then told then... read more

The the nurses I dealt with were the utmost unprofessional insulting and disrespectful I have ever witnessed in my life and was unfortunate to have to deal with. After waiting 4 and 1/2 hours to get as far as blood drawn, I just left. evidently my doctor's referral for me to have had a CT scan and blood drawn to be done immediately wasn't remotely a priority for the nurses there. The nurse that did my intake was particularly disrespectful and insulting to me with little to no concern of my overall health or comfort! Then whe... read more

I would give negative stars if I could. If you are a drug addict, this is the hospital for you. If you are a normal person, avoid this place if you at all can. This hospital ignores patients with signs of internal bleeding from high speed car wrecks and heart attack symptoms in older people for 5+ hours, while speeding in every obvious drug seeking tweaker that stops in for complaints of sniffles and a fever or an upset tummy or anxiety. And I know they were tweakers because they were all loudly and happily trying to chat u... read more

I had the most unfortunate experience of being hospitalized at this facility. It was one of the worse experiences of my life! I never want to go back and really need another choice. I hope never to go back and am trying to convince my husband that this is not the place for seniors. Keep your views, I would rather we be treated well. Not possible by low standards at Providence. Also, substandard (unhealthy) food
