I needed Protreat s help a while ago with rising damp and they were amazing. Unfortunately circumstances led to penetrative damp in one wall upstairs and downstairs. I called them again and once again they delivered. Ryan arrived on time each day, explained each step for each day, cleaned work areas each day then on the last day, left my house spotless.......until the next dust settlement. Excellent from start to finish. Job completed in five and a half days when we expected it to take nearer to 2 weeks. Sorted out a leak in the central heating pipe and cleaned up at the end of the job. I have no hesitation in recommending Protreat.
Fantastic company to deal with, Libby in particular has been excellent. I am an estate agent and I contacted them regarding works flagged in a survey for some elderly vendors who are not computer savvy, don't have online banking etc. They have not only done the works cheaper than another company, but almost a month sooner too which has helped stop the related chain from falling through. Just had assessment of job required which was damp proofing in my old house . What I thought would be needed was nowhere near the honest truth. So refreshing to find a tradesperson being honest and helpful. Cannot recommend enough 👍
