Maintenance Requests Handled Poorly – I rent a duplex in which PMT manages. I have put in MULTIPLE maintenance requests for the SAME problem over a YEAR now. This request has never been handled/resolved. Spoke with maintenance manager and still no resolution. I just hope nothing really big ever needs to be fixed at this property.
