Avoid At All Costs – We moved into our apartment in August and PMT promised us that the laundry room would be open by the end of the month. It's late October now and the laundry room is still not open and they keep lying to us whenever we ask about it. And to make it worse, we got a letter from them today claiming that the rent is $50 higher than it stipulates in the lease and that we owe them money. PMT is a nightmare, please take your leasing needs elsewhere.

Proof for the low rating! – Do not do business with PMT unless you are experienced in reality. You cannot hold them to normal ethical standards, and they are downright unprofessional. My roommate and I decided on a property and were told the rent would be $425 per person per month. These numbers were repeated many times, and were officially recognized on two guarantor forms. Renting Nightmare – I cannot believe how terrible this property management company is. It has taken over a week to fix a light bulb for the outdoors light. Today they "fixed" my hot water for my shower and, now, my sink doesn't work. I don't even know if these "workers" are licensed. Plus, they left their trash in my apartment. The costumer service is horrible, and the secretary a complete idiot. I've only lived here for about 6 months and will NOT renew my lease in May.

Terrible Leasing Company – If I could give it no stars I would! Maintenance is unreliable, often time repairs take several visits to fix the same thing, quality of the repair is very poor, and all replacements are done with cheapest parts available. Customer service is usually little to none existent. They are rude and don't return or answer phone calls. I am very unhappy to rent from them.

Inexcusably Awful – Put simply- PMT is among the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. During the two years I lived in my apartment, I cannot recall a single case where PMT a) did what they said they would do or b) did not fight me every step of the way. John, especially is a nightmare. He is nearly impossible to communicate with. He is also completely incapable of accepting responsibility for anything he does wrong. OUTSTANDING HOSPITALLITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE – II REALLY DONT KNOW WHERE ALL THESE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ARE FROM BUT PERSONALLY, I JUST HAD ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES AS A RENTER. ONLY RENTING FOR ABOUT THREE YEARS THIS WAS THE FIRST COMPANY TO REALLY STAND OUT AND POP OFF THE MARKET FOR ME. THEIR ATTENTIVENESS AND HOSPITABLE EMPLOYES MADE THIS HORENDOUS TRANSITION TOLLERABLE. Dishonest and Unreliable – I moved into my first apartment a year ago, it looked great, it was close to campus, and it was affordable. weeks later I discovered all the problems. there was a hole in ceiling that poured water when it rained. the light in the kitchen fell down exposing raw wires and my ceiling fan started smoking. when I told PMT about these problems they said "oh, we will send someone out right away" a month later my ceiling still leaked, and I couldn't turn on the only light in my kitchen or my bed room afrai... read more

Horrible property management – For those of you thinking about leasing from them, look somewhere else. You have the choice of saving yourself some trouble. For those who own property and have an HOA through them like me, you are stuck with horrible service. Their staff is unprofessional, and treat their customers like idiots. They do not do anything they say the will do, and have horrible means of communication if any. I highly recommend you stay away from this joke of a company.

HORRIBLE!!!!! – Call them and expect to hear a haggard crackladies voice machine message, if you make it through her moronic system, you will probably end up with a blanca, a low paid high school student who knows as much about property management as her bff. Since they were too lazy to deal with it, they tell me to call a realtor, I ask do you recommend one, yup, so I called.......NO ANSWER.......Called two more realtors who couldnt get a hold of blanca.
