Do Not Do Business With These People! – I've lived at Escalla at San Gabriel for two years now, and after this experience with Property Management of Texas, I will never do business with them again. My biggest complaint is that they take shortcuts and don't listen to their tenants. In my two years here, I've had numerous problems. 1. Parking here is ALWAYS an issue. All in all, PMT is great and I plan to use them for the rest of my leases while in Austin.
Responsible and well mannered – The leasing agent was informative and kind during the application lease signing process. Their response time was very punctual. The tenants all paid and were very responsible and well mannered.
I really appreciate them – Helpful and responsive, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I really appreciated that.
Continue to provide services – You have managed this property for so long through many years and although I received many many solicitations from competing firms in Austin. I've been in no need to change at this point. I hope you will continue to provide the service I have come to excpect.

Extremely nice – I love leasing from PMT. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. This is especially true of John and the secretary. I leased through John last year to find a place in Delphi and used him again this semester to find a place in north campus because of how helpful he was the first time. The secretary is expremely friendly. Everytime I have gone in PMT she makes me smile. All in all pmt is great and I plan to use them for the rest of my leases while in Austin.
Very good – The service overall has been very good. I have no complaints, as everything has been fair and upfront.
BEWARE – Worst property management company ever. Takes months for them to fix anything unless you call several times a day and be rude. The owner, John, NEVER returns phone calls. He doesn't take you seriously when you have a meeting with you and rolls his eyes at you. He is not a man of his word and a liar. When we moved in the house wasn't cleaned at all.
