I recently tried the 30-day trial at this small local gym, and I honestly loved every minute of it! As someone who’s never touched a dumbbell or a kettlebell before (what is a kettlebell anyway?!), I was a bit nervous, but the atmosphere here is so welcoming and not intimidating at all. The trainers are super patient, fun, and easy-going, and they make every class feel achievable — even for total beginners. Everyone here is like-minded and supportive, so it really feels like a community rather than just a gym. The classes ar... read more

Project Strength and Fitness has such a community feel. From the very knowledgeable coaches to the lovely members and gym dog, it's a very friendly, welcoming place. I've been a member for just over 2 years. Its the first time in lots of years I have had a gym membership & used it frequently & enjoyed it! The coaches are extremely supportive & are great at adapting sessions for differing levels of fitness & injuries. You are always guaranteed to feel better both physically & mentally after a session at Project. Its really up... read more

I joined Project on a six-week trial following a period of sporadic training at a nearby PureGym following my move to the area. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and make each session in the gym enjoyable. I previously trained alone, but taking part in small group sessions means you always have a spotter and someone to work with/keep you going during tougher sessions. The membership includes your PT sessions, access to the open gym and unlimited classes, so the cost is worth it. I’d recommend ... read more

Having trained for a the past few years I joined project earlier this year as I needed a gym and a training schedule that would fit in with my lifestyle and I’m so glad I did. Joining a new gym can feel very intimidating but both the coaching team and members went out of their way to welcome me from the start and I quickly felt part of this special community. The SGPT programming is great and there are plenty of options when booking in so I can train around my v inconsistent work and life schedule!
