I have been training at the Project since May 2021, I have just reached over 600 sessions! my fitness has improved so much and I still continue to get PB's while weight training. The workouts are varied and there is no pressure to go for the heaviest weight or the fastest time. Everyone is so supportive and friendly. I had only moved up to Chesterfield in Feb 2021 and the people I have met through the Project are now my very close friends, one even a bridesmaid at my wedding!
Just the best gym 🤩🤩
My partner and I joined the Project a couple of months ago, completely new to the area and looking for some social as well as fitness. The gym has been great to be part of, everyone has been welcoming. The coaches and other members have been so kind introducing a complete newbie into the CrossFit community as I've learnt the language and movements.
