This place is a great place to take your vehicle. While taking care of my SUV that needed AC work, he even charged the AC in my car for free after Kramer Tire said that they charged it, but didn't (and then billed me for it!). Prices are great and the owner will work with you. I will definitely be going back for other repairs my vehicles may be faced with in the future. Glad to have a mechanic that I can trust!
This is the wost place in virginia to bring your car! Very Very Very unprofessional The owner is a joke and does not know how to run a shop There over priced and Take the longest time to do anything and also the mechanics do NOT KNOW WHAT THEY are doing !
On the weekend of May 9th, we were driving from Maryland to the Outer Banks for vacation. Right before the tunnel on 664, my Volvo was loosing oil at a fast rate. We pulled over to the side and looked under the car. It looked like the drain plug fell out. I pulled it off the road to Jefferson Street. THANKS!!!! I saved alot of $$$$$ Great service and price. Gave me the correct diagnosis the first time. I went to several other shops and they wanted to guess and take my money. A friend told me to go see Curtis --so I did. I WOULD DRIVE ACCROSS THE TUNNEL AGAIN for the money I saved. Thanks Curtis and team for getting it right the first time and saving me money.
Last week my car started overheating whe I was on my way down Jefferson Ave., so I pulled into Proffesional Automotive with coolant pouring out from under my car. I thought that i was gonna be out a whole weeks pay. Thankfully they have the best prices in town. It actually turned out to be a good thing because my car runs better than ever and I found a reliable mechanic I can trust.
Best service I've ever gotten fast and reliable the job was done right the first time with the up most attention to details. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to experience the difference in automotive service
