Just wanted to leave some feedback. I haven’t had any work done from this company however I live in Newcastle and I was taking my nanna out. She’s fairly old and took a fall, to which a middle aged man called Ross pulled over and helped us. I live in Slatyford so I assume he is local but would like the company to thank him and recognise him as he could’ve just let us struggle. Having done this I assume their customer service is great, especially Ross’ and would definitely use them in the future if I needed any work done!
Absolutely appalling treatment from this company carrying out insurance work for a big insurance company! Lack of communication lack of forward planning no time line of completion no schedule of works provided been left over 7 months without a bay window in the house the list is endless and still no answer on a completion date ! This job has been on going since feb 2024 !!!
Prodrive have just completed a project following flooding in my basement kitchen . They have been excellent from start to finish, organising and managing the work seamlessly and the quality of the work has been exceptional. Highly recommended
These gents came all the way to Bridlington to sort our flood damage in one of the guest houses. Arrived when they said, explained what needed doing and did a fantastic job cleaned up after they finished to a high standard. Shame they are 2 hours away otherwise I would deffo have them back .
