I took a tour of the different floor plans available. I was not impressed. Bathroom treatments were boring, dull, lackluster. The ambient light on the north and east sides was poor. The studios and one bedrooms were cramped. All the units were overpriced for value received. Too many fees for parking, pets etc. Boring external architecture.

Gorgeous facility with an awesome staff. Very high end finishes, beautiful common areas. The views are amazing, awesome neighborhood. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Proctor Station, the management and staff! This is an amazing addition to our beloved Proctor community. I am so excited to see the increased foot traffic in the area and also to watch our small business's flourish! What a great addition to an amazing community!

Unfortunately, there isn't a negative scale star review system to more accurately reflect the disapproval Proctor Station has generated among many of the residents who knew Proctor before this over sized monster was inflicted upon us.

I LOVE this place. I have always lived in my own home and when I moved here was worried about security, comfort, access, traffic etc. I waited for the apartments to open to move because I knew this is where I wanted to be. EVERYTHING is in walking distance, hair cut, dry cleaner, metro market, starbucks, local restaurants. The building is quiet, good security and spacious apartments. Brand new facilities are a plus. The manager Jacky and Jamie are a 10 on the scale of customer service. I have lived all over the world, this p... read more
