After 18 months, I can say I love living here. Management is great. Building is very secure. Everything is walking distance; the post office, store, restaurants, even a trail down to Ruston way. Gym is a great size, kept very clean, with clean towels and water. Last but not least, the rooftop views are amazing. And I’ve gotten really good at shuffleboard.
My boyfriend and I moved to Tacoma in March and were having problems finding a place to live. We happened to drive by Proctor Station Apartments one day and Jamie showed us around. We instantly knew this would be our "home away from home". They have GREAT events year round, which helps us meet new people (Especially since we are new to the neighborhood) The apartments are very nice, clean and well maintained. I love the staff at Proctor Station! I base all of my decisions on customer service and how I get treated. Warm welcoming and professional was my first experience and Its why I signed a lease! Great area with walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

I have had the best experience living here for the past year & a half! The management is top notch. They make sure all tenants are priority & do a great job at keeping the property in great condition. I absolutely have loved living here. There are excellent amenities with a beautiful rooftop patio, lounge area, fitness center, & community restrooms. I highly recommend this luxury apartment living!
Proctor Station offers secure and beautiful apartments in a friendly building with good and reliable management. My husband and I have always been able to reach staff when needed. They have a secure package room for online orders or mail and even refrigerated a package that needed to be kept cold while we were at work. It is in a safe and well kept neighborhood with excellent views of the Bay and mountains.
I've been a resident more than 14 months and love it at Proctor Station. Such an attentive and professional management team; wonderfully diverse community and local neighborhood charm. The perfect choice for me!
