My wife and I have lived here for a few months now and I have never had such an enjoyable experience with an apartment complex. If you actually go read the 1 star reviews for this building, they are from people in the Proctor district voicing their displeasure of the new complex in their neighborhood, which is fine and all, but is not fair to the people who work hard here to give a great experience. I've lived here since it first opened and have no complaints! The people are wonderful, the amenities are great, as it the location. Highly recommend.
Love everything about Proctor Station. The management is always very friendly and attentive. Great location, looking forward to the holiday season right in the middle of the hustle & bustle of Proctor district. A real communal feeling here, just love it.
This is the best managed and maintained apartment in the Northwest. Jamie is without doubt the most support, understanding, and caring property manager around. The waiting list is long to get in, but it is worth the wait to never complain about where you live.
The management here is great, very communicative and easy to get a hold of. I have really enjoyed my time in this building so far. This by far has been the best apartment building I have lived in to date.
I moved to Proctor station 3 months ago after looking at quite a few places in Tacoma. This is the most secure, well kept, and convenient place to live. The management is incredibly responsive and the common areas are very clean. The gym, rooftop, and residents’ lounge are great amenities. It is a quiet building with quality residents. I would suggest this location to any friends.

I love living here. The staff are helpful, friendly and go out of their way to create wonderful gatherings and tenant perks. I can walk for groceries, to the library, to the post office, to the bank, and out to eat and shop. Great buslines mean I can get most places outside the neighborhood easily. The building has a great mix of folks so there is sort of a sense of a community within a community. I like that the building promotes events in the community and provides easy opportunity for residents to give back.
We have offered and are offering fully furnished apartments at this locations since the property was built - this is my, by far, favorite property I have ever done business with and feedback we get from our guests staying there, is nothing but positive! Location and building is fantastic and property management is the best! They really care about each and every person who come through the door and lives on property and will go above and beyond to make each resident happy! It's a diamond in a rough! Keep up a good work!
