After selling our big house with the yard in the suburbs, we moved into Proctor Station in March and absolutely love it! Even though we lived about 15 miles from Tacoma and the Proctor District, we cannot believe that this awesome neighborhood even exists. Everything is within walking distance - restaurants, dry cleaners, grocery, gym, hair salons, pet store, etc. The apartment management is amazing and will take care of your every need. I just wanted to say that proctor station apartments, specifically Jackie has top notch customer service! The neighborhood is definitely enhanced by the community they are building within proctor. We have high hopes of moving in soon and look forward to contributing!
The building is way too big for this family-based community. Now, I fear for my childrens' safety in crossing Proctor with the added traffic. So sad to see greed take over peaceful our community.
Looks terrible in our neighborhood., big and ugly. Doesn't fit the architecture of Proctor. The residents there are taking up valuable parking space because the building charges too much to park in the garage. Can't believe our city council is letting them build another one.
