RecommendedProctor Station is amazing. Jamie and the other staff feel like family. I have lived in apartments the past 6 years and this is the first one to feel like family. I love all the events so we get to meet new residents and welcome them to our group. They are always updating the community spaces to make them even more amazing. I love this building and the neighborhood (walk to restaurants and the grocery store).

Does the Proctor Station Apartments have a policy concerning tenants dumping water onto Proctor sidewalk from upper units? Walking home from the market this morning I got wet!! Never thought balconies over sidewalks was a good idea and now I know why.
