Great experience from start to finish. Couldn't be more helpful. Sent thru samples, helped load the car on pick up and happy to credit note when we ordered a bit too much. Product great, service even better. Great stuff Marcus, Stef and team. A
Beautiful Herringbone editions floor in white. Much more difficult to lay than normal laminate planks but well worth the extra effort. Stunning. I love it
Had the flooring down for 8 months now. I have to say it looks great, but the amount of scratches is terrible. Our builder said to use this flooring as it's robust and hard wearing. I can tell you it scratches very easily.
Decent staff at this branch. Helpful and made good on some quality issues I had with supplied protek trims which seemed to be a manufacturing defect. I decided to get a bit creative on a job which involved cladding a winding staircase wall alongside solid oak steps and risers which I decided to do using protek which took some thought and planning but turned out looking pretty good.
