Superb experience from start to finish. Friendly and helpful customer service from Stefan. High quality product (we opted for the Hever Oak LVT). Best quality I could find on the market and a very reasonable price. Gary is a master fitter and leads a very talented floor fitting team. Over the moon with the results, all of which was completed on time. The fitting team went the extra mile. Thank you all at Protek Croydon.
as far as lvt goes, its the best quality i found. although i would not recommend click LVT in general. Unless you are starting with an empty room that you can remove skirting boards and self level the floor PERFECTLY... and i mean... perfectly! mine had about 2mm over 2m and its awful. id be careful assuming "professionals" will self level so advise you check that they are going to carry out the process and have experience doing so. i would stick to Laminate, tiles or carpet. lvt seems to act like a frustration pop button ov... read more
The delivery day was missed twice, when I was promised by the courier company themselves AM delivery. On one day, they kept informing me driver is 20 mins away, nothing arrived. When I informed pro-tek I no longer want the flooring, The courier company transport manager called me shouting its Christmas what do I expect. Astonishing... But pro-TEK was very fast in processing a refund on a good note.
