As an older person, who is new to the gym, I cannot recommend this gym enough! One of the best things I have ever done. Such a friendly, helpful place to be and I feel happy and safe in great environment. I am so much stronger and fitter and it is definitely down to being a member here

This is easily the best gym in Bodmin with a heavy focus on weight/strength training, but with a few machines for cardio. 24/7 access. Great range of equipment that is well maintained by the owner, Rich. A very clean and super friendly environment that I feel very safe in, as a woman this is so important to me. The owner Rich is very knowledgable and helpful, he ensures you know how to use machines/equipment properly, he’s also a really nice genuine guy. Just over a year ago: our local gym closed down. I was recommended pro gym and havnt looked back. Rich the owner is very welcoming and accommodating. Helping with anything you ask, and the gym is great! Every bit of high quality kit you could need! Rich also bought more kit so that he could accommodate more towards powerlifting aswell. All in all very glad to be going to this gym

Great gym for powerlifting/body building. Lovely community and welcoming staff. The gym shop has all you could need in regards to supplements, drinks and even some gym kit too. Very motivational atmosphere and so handy to have 24/7 access!
