Scratch the heck out of my truck and sent out a smart mouth little manager named Greg who treated me like I was a stupid woman who doesn't know her own truck from a hole in the ground. Disrespectful, rude and obnoxious! My father is a mechanic and my step dad was a body man, and I was a custom automotive upholster and grafter for over 20 years, you little squirt of crap! I got the Ocean Wash (most expensive listed) at the Moline location. The interior was not done as the description said.
Use extreme caution leaving anything in your vehicle as I should have.. I had a necklace stolen, that I had put in my sliding center console. I called to see surveillance and they said it’s hard to see when people vacuum.. so very frustrating! Never coming here again! I will be sharing this story to many people as well.

Normally go here for carwash, arrived with a car in each stall, pulled up to the first door 3 other people went in before me in the middle stall. Was not pleased. High turnover of personnel at the Moline location.
From out of town and I needed to have my car washed. So I went to the Kimberly Road location and paid near $30 to wash my car. Car looked good as I got in (driver side). Got to my meeting and the left side had a huge streak of waxa or something up the side. They also missed the entire rocker panel of the left side. Didn't have time to go back to have them fix it but I shouldn't have had to in the first place.
