Took my SUV in for the $250 detail. They said a couple of hours. It took all day and I had too wait after hours for my vehicle. They gave me a free car wash for the length of time it took. I got home and checked out the job and found every door jamb the same as when brought in. Water still dripping and windows dirty. All upholstery still very wet and dog hairs still on the back seats. They need to PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL

Not only was my car not actually cleaned, but I left with scratches all over too. Management spoke to me like I was an idiot.

I paid $40 for a mediocre job on the interior of my car at the Kimberly location. I also had to return for a button that was ripped off my radio in the process of the carwash. The manager told me that in the 400 cars washed there everyday that very rarely happens and that it was previously ripped off before my visit to WaterPark. 10 minutes later he called to tell me he had found it in the vacuum system. So I just want to say that first time I came here I thought $36 for a car wash what on earth am I thinking spending that, but what ever I did it anyway. You know what my car has never looked better inside or out. The job that is done here is amazing!!! I don’t know how you get every crack and corner every time but I love it well worth every penny I even have my mom coming here every time she comes to town

Didn't get all the bugs off the front end, and I asked for the front end to be cleaned cause it had some bugs.
