Been going to water park for a long time last few times I have had to tell them they miss something. This time an employee even told the manager you may want to give a discount on this one because it stopped in the middle of the hot wax so my truck didn't get the full application. Did I get the discount, NO. Then I leave and notice they didn't even clean my back window. I will stop going to the one in Moline. Maybe I will give the one in Davenport a shot.
Normally they do a good job but today after I left and the sun hit they windows they looked as if they used a dirty rag to clean them, it was just horrible. Guess I will have to take time to clean them again myself. Next time i am there I will say something about it.
The last two times I’ve visited the back seat and cargo area of my SUV weren’t vacuumed. I have a car seat and a 4 year old as a passenger, and the back inside door panel wasn’t wiped down. Nor were the interior windows, or dash. Won’t be back. Literally throwing money away coming here for a wash, the most expensive wash yields the same results as the cheapest one-which are bare minimum results at that.
Stopped in this afternoon for a little "Spring Cleaning" and the good folks here in Moline did their usual great job of cleaning. My truck looks great inside and out as it always does after a visit. It will be really nice when they finish the road work but it really isn't a huge problem and its one of those things that just can't be avoided. Don't let it keep you from visiting. The benefits of a nice clean car are well worth the extra minute or 2 it might take you to get there.
I’m usually pretty satisfied with the wash they do for my ST Focus ....looks pretty nice when they get through with it🤠

very friendly service. I have a great dane that goes most places with me yes I keep.seat covered , but they got the inside of my car so clean. much better then I have done. I got a special on the detailing and so glad I did it.
