Took my car there yesterday they didn't clean the junk out behind my back seat and they didn't vacuum it in the back so I didn't think that was worth $17
Do not do a good job. I’ve tried every level of wash and they never even touch my doors. Prowash all the way. Way worth the extra $$$
I went to WaterPark on Kimberly Road for the first time a couple days ago. My sister informed me from the beginning not to go because of the service. But decided to take a chance anyways. I wish i would have went with my gut and never went. I spent $40 on nothing. There were crumbs still on the seats, trunk was never vaccumed, and i purposefully left the cover over my cup holder open to see if the inside would get clean. And to my suprise it was never cleaned out and they put the cover back over it to hide the mess they left... read more
I like the carwash, but I just wish they would rinse the car more thoroughly. I always get the ocean wash, and they are supposed to blow out the crevices and the mirrors but the last 2 times they have not. I have white streaks all down the both sides of my car. Looks awful!
Thanks Waterpark! You ruined two of my rims and then denied doing it! I recommend anyone going there to take photos of your car because the goons working there can't take responsibility when accidents happen!
I just paid $32 for a wash and the front of my truck is filthy. Hopefully they go out of business soon
Every time we use this place our vehicle ends up damaged! Brand new vehicle and has a huge scratch down the drivers side door. I will never use this place again!!
Unfortunately it is NOT the same level of service I used to receive when it was Waterpark and it is more expensive for what you get. I was a huge fan of the Ocean wash which was ~45, now I pay 60 for the same service, and NO coral reassured in 5 days. I really miss Waterpark.
Very poor service and half assed job cleaning the interior. Dash was not even wiped down. Had to ask to have interior doors wiped down.
