Just bought a car and they guy we bought from left it in a sticky mess.. any way i came here because i heard it was a good spot... so i got the ocean package.. which is suposed to be the biggest thing on the menu for like 40 bucks i beleive... turns out.. the only thing they washed was the outside of the car.. and didnt even do that right ... left our cupholder the same way.. even closed the lid to it so that we wouldnt be able to see that they didnt get it... floor is barly vacuumed... and seats still had crumbs and dirt st... read more

Irritated!!!! I've been coming here 1-2 x month for years & came in today to get the most expensive Ocean Wash (my normal wash). I let the Manager know that I will be out of the country for 10 days, can I get an extension on my follow up free wash ? He said NO! Wth!! Take care of your loyal customers people! That's pathetic!
I have gone there 2 times and both times they have switched the floormats—front in back, etc. Had to have been done intentionally because back ones are small. Hard to straighten their mess out when I get home because of back problems. Waste of time and money! Won’t go back ever!
Refused to wash my truck. Said it was to dirty. For the most part, it’s pretty clean! I hit a mud puddle on a back road. They acted like I was out mudding in it. Crazy to me how you can be a car wash where people take their dirty vehicles,but then say no we can’t wash yours. Manager said the company got bought out and it’s new policy, but I think they’re taking the policy just a bit to far.
Just had a van detailed and they did an excellent job! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend
The only place to get your car washed and detailed. Best place if you care for your car. Great staff and service. Been frequenting four years and never had an issue. They never leave a spot untouched.
Will never waste my money and will be sure and tell others about my experience. If I wanted a better wash for next to nothing I would have my neighbors kids do it. The doors were still soaking wet inside, dust on the dash, dirty water lines running out of the doors and mud still in the wheel wells, and no air freshener on top of much more.
