I get so mad every time I go here. I stopped going and took a year break however tried again a few weeks ago and purchased the most expensive wash offered and when I got in my van it still was dirty. Rocks and even a French fry (yes I have kids) on the floor. You could see where they just kinda wiped off the dash as it was streaked, and when I left, and got to where I was going there was water streaks all over the sides of my van from the gas tank door and from under the door handles. I messaged them to see if they would offer to remedy the situation but haven’t heard back. I paid for the most expensive package almost $40 with tax and my cup holders are still sticky, they weren’t even touched with a cloth, the front fold out tray wasn’t touched with the vacuum or anything, floors were of fully vacuumed and there are black scuffs all over my car. I won’t ever be back. I have more pictures.
