We are a wonderful, small clinic that provides excellent Veterinary services with a smile and extremely reasonable pricing. In May 2018, we remodeled the clinic...we painted the entire clinic, poured new solid flooring and built on a new surgery room. I had a wonderful experience today. You guys will be my vet from now on.
My cat lucky came in after seeing another Vet.. She nearly died.. I went to PC and the vet..Dr. Bouton showed me how to do iv therapy.. It took a month but my lucky is still with me today thank God!.. This was a couple years ago... Lucky just stopped eating period. But with help she is fantastic! Fat.. But great

I love PC. They saved my dear Exley's life. They were able to give us his age and they helped us nurse him to health. Now we are preparing to make his neuter appointment. We are so happy he survived everything that was meant to kill him. Thank you♥

We LOVE Privileged Critters!!! We've lived all over Florida & we've been to several different Vets in Lakeland...our toy poodle is 13 years old & has received the BEST, most honest & affordable care from Dr. Rachel & her team. Our dog was completely blind last summer, sad & depressed. Dr. Rachel was the first and only doctor to ever address her cataracts. Our dog has recently had eye surgery & can see again. She has a whole new outlook on life! Thank you Privileged Critters!!!

The most difficult part of having pets is when the time comes to say "goodbye." PC has helped us through this process...twice. I don't know of any other animal clinic that checks calls outside of hours, and returns the call. The cooperation and compassion they give makes a difficult time in life a bit easier to bear. They truly care.

Privileged Critters has always taken excellent care of our dog, Laddie, especially during and after his recnt surgery. They always answer any questions or concerns. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!
