We are a wonderful, small clinic that provides excellent Veterinary services with a smile and extremely reasonable pricing. In May 2018, we remodeled the clinic...we painted the entire clinic, poured new solid flooring and built on a new surgery room. Highest recommendation! I go back many years with Dr. Bouton and she is the absolute best! I lost her for several years when she left the clinic she was at and they wouldn't tell me where she went. Unfortunately, one of my dogs suffered for it medically, and me financially (two clinics and full work-ups later he passed away from an undiagnosed heart condition). My husband was turned away today because we did not make an appointment even though he had stopped earlier in the morning to make an appointment but the sign on the door said, "Sorry, we are closed for a staff meeting." Even though he explained the issue with our cat had just come up, and it was a simple matter of looking to see what was lodged in our cat's rear paw....sorry, no appointment - we cannot see you. I am sorry for your bad experience, but we are only a one doctor clinic and there is no way we can see all walk-ins...although, we do try. If we turn anyone away, it is because our appointments are all full. The staff meeting you speak of was actually an outside representative there to give us more training, not just an in-house "meeting". Hopefully, that knowledge will help you understand better. Last week our dog was poisoned by something, we are just not sure what and thanks to your AMAZING STAFF, she (I believe) has made a wonderful recovery. We thought we were going to lose her. The follow-up calls from your staff to see how she was doing were greatly appreciated. Can't thank you enough for helping our Daisy recover and having such caring, wonderful staff! We have been taking our dogs here for a few years now and would highly recommend them!

This is the best vet for your pet, they are reasonably priced and treat your pet like one of their own. My pup has been going there since she came to us 8 months ago and she is healthy and well mannered thanks to the support of this Vet. The people here are awesome.
