My 4 legged family have been going to Privledged Critters since 2009. I had quite an aggressive French bulldog who didn't like his nails cut . This facility handled my boy with care and never turned him away although 4 other vets in the area said they couldn't handle him. I now have 2 frenchies who go there and are greeted by name at the door and are treated like family there. The staff are phenomenal andI trust them with my precious bulldogs. I highly recommend Privledged Critters for you pets needs !!!

I recently had two cats with major issues. The entire staff was great! They were very informative and treat my pets like they were their own. Initially I had only taken my dogs to be boarded with Brenda, the personal care they get from her is awesome. I will gladly drive the 25 miles I do to take my pets here any time.

After taking my poor, sick, elderly cat to see Dr. Buton, who was great to spend quite a while with me discussing options for treatment for a variety of issues, a prescription was required. Unable to get back to the clinic timely to pick up the meds, it wasn't long before I found a package in my mailbox. Mrs. Brenda mailed them to us! They cared more about my sweet kitty getting her meds than the extra cost (which they didn't charge back to me) to mail it to our home. Love you guys!!!

Privileged Critters has always been able to fit us in to see the vet very quickly. The prices are better than most veterinarians and the staff is very friendly.

I've been taking my dogs to Privileged Critters for a couple of years now. I live on the other side of Winter Haven (about 25miles) but it is worth the drive. The staff and all the Vets have only one thing in mind and that is the health of your fur child. All who work here are animal lovers and they will care for your pet like it is one of their own. They ALSO have the BEST PRICES in POLK COUNTY

I highly recommend this clinic over any other! You have always gone above and beyond in the care if my pets. Niko and Leah are happy, healthy dogs now because of your staff. Even though Tinkerbell, your clinic brought him back from the brink of death and when he got sick, did everything in your power to get him through. Your staff makes me feel like a friend and not just another client.
