Great experience at Prive Solihull. Went for lip fillers on a saturday morning. The staff were really attentive and professional which really made it a good experience. So happy with the results and will definitely be visiting again.

There website allowed me to book my appointment for Bank Holiday Monday, which they cancelled just a couple of hours before my appointment . Had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. There phone always goes on voicemail. I must say without even going there, a very poor customer experience.

Booked a pedicure and manicure as a special treat for me and my mum Mum. What a terrible experience they both had. First of all it was difficult to book an appointment together. The booking was for the first week of January. There was no running hot water from the taps bath our feet in. The water was freezing.. the room was freezing. We had to sit there in our coats. Hot water had to be boiled in kettles to soak our feet for our pedicures. The worker and the owner were just lousy and had a not so bothered type of attitude. H... read more
