Slackest children hospital ever ! I had a vaginal birth even after they noticed I had a small birth canal leading my baby to being in the NICU with lifelong issues .. 3 weeks later I bring my newborn in 3 times and got sent home claiming his milk needed to be changed . The last time I brought him in and demanded something to be done .. the whole time my baby was dying and suffering from meningitis as well as the rhino virus . I have had both my niece and now my mother pass away in this hospital due to negligent doctors and nurses. I see a lawsuit in your future, Prisma Health! You have messed with the wrong family too many times!

This place is terrible!!! Take the trip to Charleston if you’re in need of a level 1 trauma center! The nurses don’t care, they take their time getting things for the patient & they persistently use the intercom that fails each time it’s used. Then they’ll hang up on ya not knowing what you’re looking for, nor will they come to the room to check in on the patient in need. Post-opp they took 3 hours to get me eye ointment, as I clearly informed them that my right eye doesn’t close completely… they still taped my eyes shut and... read more

Zero stars if I could! Waited over 6 hours and left without an actual diagnosis. By the time we finally got to see a doctor, they seemed to not know what was going on. Staff kept saying we would be up very soon when that wasn't true. Definitely won't go back here.
