called for gp call back receptionist asked why ? they are obviously medically trained took limited information then had txt thanking for e mail consultation which i hadnt completed and i would be called back in a week appalling situation if receptionists filter patients needs they do as they are advised senior management s hould review they put paitients lives at risk if there is ahigher body i can relate your deficiencies to please advise
