They are liars and told us that their mitsubishi heat pumps would heat our house. We spent $7k on it and it wont keep our house warm below 32 degrees outside. A few weeks ago they said they would look into "options" for us and I havent heard back from them now. Don't buy a heat pump, it's almost worthless and definitely go elsewhere if you want a company to stand behind what they sell.
