Worst service technician ever. And the customer service manager I guess thought making excuses for his repairman is all that is needed to solve the issue? Nope, the issue still remains and the work still has not been done.

I've used the repair people at Priority One several times and they are absolutely 5 stars. I thought I'd be in good hands when I needed my heating unit replaced. The David English guy that came out to put together the quote started spewing obvious BS that contradicted even the repair man and basic common sense.
