Justin & Bobby came out to do maintenance on my heat pump. Answered all my questions and programmed my thermostat to automatically go from heat to cold, which is a real Plus especially in the summer. I had a new heat pump installed in January 2016 and told them there was low air coming up in one side of the house they didn't do anything. Justin and Bobby got right on it told me what was wrong and how to fix it and we're going to do that but before they left more air was coming out of the one side of the house. We just had scheduled maintenance on our ductless heat pump which coincidentally quit working a couple of days ago.
