Priority One HVAC installers cut through a power cable in our wall, took over six hours to restore power to our fridge and feezer, didn't check their electrical work before leaving our house. They missed turning some of our circuits back on. Worst part was that they dismantled part of our fenced dog yard without our knowledge or permission. For several years Nick was the technician who came out here he was absolutely wonderful. Since then I have had two technicians and they were not up to par. Today’s technician did the work OK but he was clueless when they came to my having to pay $140 to have a part installed. He didn’t know what the price of the part was and it looked like I was paying double for labor. He told me it was because of the extra time it took to put the part on.
