We first contacted Priority One over a month ago to fix our gas water heater. After not hearing back about the part the tech was looking for, we called again to find the tech doesn't work there and back to square one. Last week we were told the part was in transit and could be repaired Saturday. Thank you Priority One Heating and Air Conditioning for saving us from this miserable heat and humidity. We came home from vacation to be treated to a dead AC unit. They were here within 30 minutes and we are up and running again!
Our heat pump outside unit got backed into (not by me). When I called Priority One they scheduled an inspection the same day. Another company told me they could check it at the end of July!!! Within 2 weeks we have a new unit. Everyone we worked with was amazing. Can't say enough good things about this company. Thank you!!!
