Had had an issue with our Viessmann boiler on Christmas Day, no hot water or heating. Reached out on the local village facebook Forum on Boxing Day morning and Christian from Vardant reached out, and asked me to call him. A 5 minute call with very simple instructions had the boiler up and running again. Great service in a moment of need, now have hot water and heating for our Christmas guests.
Chris is an absolute life saver, I have been through a long process with buying my first property and hit a few problems along the way one of the biggest being the boiler as I had over 10 people come to quote and look at it and none was prepared to do it due to complications with it, I then found someone so went ahead and paid for my bathroom and kitchen as the kitchen could be fitted once the boiler was done, I was then let down so back on the hunt for a gas engineer but still had no luck, I was in a dark place with the who... read more
