Horrible. The woman cut my nails really short without asking and removed all my extensions even though I told her I wanted to keep them.

The service was extremely disappointing. My friend and I went to get our nails done, but the results were not worth the price we paid. I clearly showed them the design I wanted, yet they did something completely different. I felt uncomfortable speaking up at the time, so I just sat there and waited for them to finish. After leaving the salon, I had to go to another place to get my nails fixed properly. I will definitely not be returning. The staff were also very unfriendly. Horrible experience never go there. The woman doing my nails slapped my hand (I am only 16 by the way) and had a go at me saying she would never do my nails again because I “kept looking at my nails” whilst she was doing them when all I did was move my hand slightly as it was resting in the powder. I went in to have BIAB gel applied to my natural nails and unfortunately had a very poor experience. During the appointment, the male nail technic took a chunk out of my cuticle with the e-file, which was both painful and careless. He almost completely removed all the BIAB product with the e-file when smoothing the nails after application. All the length of my natural nails was removed without asking, and my nails are now uneven in both length and shape. I wasn’t asked what shape I wanted at any point.
