Avoid, avoid, avoid - awful ‘care’ . The ‘carers’ don’t even ask what is required. They do what they want - even to the detriment of the client. No introduction on entering, no idea who is in the house or why. Would not recommend under any circumstances. No wonder the care industry has a bad reputation - our experience has fulfilled all our worst fears.
