SUPER unprofessional.... Although I have had a pleasant experience before about a yr or so ago but tonight with a fussy toddler in tow to get ears checked it was 6:50 and called and was told they were already closed. Online and voice recording should say they close whenever is convenient for them NOT at 8:00.
I had a very good experience this morning, I was seen very quickly. I have bronchitis and was very short of breath. I was given a breathing treatment right in the office, the nurse practitioner I saw was Naseem Ali and she took the time to tell me what medication she was prescribing and why, she explained that rest and fluids were very important.
