I have been to this clinic several times for myself and my children. Everyone has always been very nice and professional from the front desk to patient care in the back. Doctors have took time to explain what's going on and has never made me feel rushed to get out of the room like some places have.
I have had a great experience here at Prime Urgent Medical Clinic. My doctor Naseem Ali has been very helpful and has given me great advice when it comes to my healthcare.
Sooooo I been coming here since I was like 14/15 yrs old n now at the age of 26/27 I still love this place. My kids have their own doctors but if sick wit no appointments this is the place I come to. With my doctor retiring no were to go that I LIKED; I turned back to Prime urgent medical clinic for their kind friendly family from the ladies at the front desk to the back they are the best!! I have now made Dr. Naseem Ail my primary doctor and I just love her caring heart unlike other doctors she LISTEN....Thank y'all! Y'all ... read more
There so Slow....... SLOW...........������������������
Very unprofessional and organized so called medical facility. Looks like a bunch of chickens with their heads it off. They don't take well to constructive criticism. Supervisors get attitudes with other employees I see a lot of racism and abuse of authority. Don't waste your time at this place run to another clinic you will be seen a lot faster trust me
