I got there at 1:40 I walked out at almost 4:40, 3 hrs to get a sinus cocktail shot, and 2 scripts. No hurry at all...my head was thumping the entire time. But 15 mins after the shot I started feeling better.
I called tonight to ask if they did stitches and they said yes I drove all the way across town and got there at 7:30 and they had a sign on the door that they were closed so I called them and they told me that the provider decided to close early. Although it shows they are open until 8:00. That is no way to run a business but especially not a minor emergency clinic. I would never go here again nor recommend it
RecommendedOmg! What can I say... My family and I have been going to Prime Urgent Med Clinic since 2009. Rozanne (the supervisor) and the entire staff are always friendly, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend this clinic to others as I've always done. The facility is clean and the wait time is usually never long... �I really can't remember a long wait time EVER. Ohh, and Naseem Ali, FNP is the greatest! Dr. Ali has such great bedside manners I'm switching to her as my PCP!! She's very informative and helpful. The world definitely needs more doctors like her!!
After reading reviews... a 3 hour rate is normal for this place!!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Here for a school physical and I'm at my 3 hour waiting mark. Seems they need more Doctors or a better system to get folks in and out. My medical assistant was super sweet though!
Wonderful experience with, NP Naseem Ali. She was very knowledgeable and helpful about my health physical. Thank you so much and off to this healthy lifestyle!
The front desk ladies, the nurses and the doctor were all so nice and polite and took time to listen. They weren't in a rush to get me in and out and I didn't have to wait too long to be put in a room or have to wait to be seen. I really like the the doctor I saw older gentleman with glasses and a ponytail. I am changing doctor offices to go there.
