The service has really improved at Prime Urgent Medical. My care provider was Naseem Ali, FNP and she was very knowledgeable and showed genuine concern for my health and wellness. I do recommend her as well as the care received.
Ms.Ali was so great she sat with me and told me way to get my blood pressure down and and ways to eat right I really love that. She is very caring 😃

Definitely recommend this place! Great staff and I love me some Dr. Ali. Very easy to talk to and not in a rush to leave to see the next patient. Nurses are awesome too!! Dr. Ali will definitely be my primary doc from now on!!
Dr. Drake best doctor ever
im am not one to give reviews but, I give them 1 star for the really nice staff....but waiting times are off the charts. Checked in at 1:24pm and still waiting at 4:55pm in an room now but still waiting. Still haven't been seen by Doc or practitioner. SMH it really worse than the actual ER.
friendly and to the point
I have been waiting for 2 hours with a dry hacking cough that i am sure is putting stress on my heart.. and to top it i am freezing and the won’t give me a blanket and the receptionist has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKULLS....
