I came here as I had an annoying knee injury which did not heal for weeks and decided to try Nero. He was very patient at listening and diagnosing my issues, then immediately gave me a hands on deep tissue massage which helped with my recovery! Best physio I’ve been to!
Used Neds services due to having a tight calf muscle for quite a few weeks. Ned was able to diagnose my issue as a trapped nerve & also ask me if i had experienced cramping in my foot & toes which had been a major side effect for me so him asking that filled me with confidence he understood my injury. Nerijus is a true expert. I was visiting Leeds and needed “emergency” treatment on my very stiff shoulders inbetween my usual deep tissue massages back home. Nerijus was able to help release my neck and shoulders using a variety of techniques. His manner is both caring and inspires trust in his expertise. Highly recommended.

Came here for a shoulder injury that i've had for many years and immediately felt better after just my first session. Nerijus takes his time and is great at getting out all the knots. Will be coming to see him again.
