I had a 1:00 appointment. At 1:20 a woman came and asked if I needed help. Told her I had a 1;00 appointment. She said the lady was finishing up and would be there to help me. Saw no one else for 30 minutes... at 1:52 the lady with the hair salon was doing laundry and asked if I needed help. I told her I had been waiting 50 minutes. She went and got the lady who I had my appointment with she said it would be a few more minutes. I left..... That was the worst customer service. Inexcusable!
