I called Adam looking for a quote for a custom drone soft wash truck skid system with optional power wash system. I had just gotten a quote from Midwest Washing Equipment out of the USA and was looking for something in Canada to avoid the extra hassle of bringing it over the border. This guy Adam cleaned my neighbour's red clay tile roof on January 22, 2021, and covered my house with red residue/overspray all over my white stucco. My sidewalk was covered in this same overspray and all the moss that was removed from the neighbour's roof landed on my sidewalk and flower bed. The white windows and screens were also covered in this red residue/overspray. I spoke personally to Adam about this when I caught him on my property towards the end of the day when I came home. Sadly this company will miss areas and then say they were not considered since they were not exclusively pointed out. As a property manager I expect the trades I hire at a premium to have the ability to assess and make recommendations. This company will not do this. They mismanaged their time and were unable to complete work in the time they first quoted. Requiring several return visits. Each time I found more missed areas.
